- How do I communicate with my designer?
- After payment, Crisp Chat opens in your dashboard. Share your logo, copy, references and revision notes there. No WhatsApp, no email - everything stays on-platform so nothing gets lost.
- What if I'm not happy with the design?
- Every order includes unlimited revisions - no round limit, no extra charge. If you're genuinely unsatisfied and revisions haven't resolved it, contact us and we'll work it out.
- What file formats will I receive?
- All orders include PNG, JPG and PDF. Print designs always include a high-resolution PDF. Source files (AI, PSD, Figma) are available on request at no extra cost.
- How does payment work?

- Can I order more than one design at once?
